St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church is pleased to offer Perpetual Mass enrollment for the soul of a deceased loved one.

This sacred intention ensures that the individual is remembered in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass forever.

Cost: $20

To enroll a loved one, please include the following information:

1. Name of the person requesting the enrollment
